with the Rutgers University's Department of Nutritional Sciences and Food Policy
Institute, Rutgers Cooperative Research and Extension, and the New Jersey Restaurant
Association
The purpose of the “Ask Before You Eat” project is
to implement Public Law 2005, c.026 (A303 ACS 2R) which set the
stage to help restaurateurs and New Jersey residents prevent food
allergy reactions.
